We ship to all 50 states of the USA. We do not ship to any locations outside the US.
Shipping rates depend on your location and when you would like delivery. The delivery options include Next Day Early Air, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Ground and Free Local Pickup at our store at 50 Notch Road, Woodland Park NJ 07424.
All delivery options and charges are shown for your selection on your shopping cart before you check out.
UPS is our preferred shipper. We will use the shipper of your choice if you want to use your account with that shipper.
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders placed before 3pm EST will be processed that day.
If ordering parts for a machine - a model and serial number would be helpful. if you are not sure about what is correct for your unit please give us a call for assistance.
Some orders may be delayed due to inventory inaccuracies, in which case you will be called by one of our staff members.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after purchase of your goods.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

Returns can be made by mail. To return items by mail, follow the following procedure:

2. Ship item(s) back
3. Once items are received we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
